Our Children’s Sunday School is designed around Faith, Fellowship, Food, and FUN!
SUMMER BREAK FOR YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL began May 24th. Due to everyone’s busy summer schedules, they will not meet on Sunday mornings again until August, when the new school year begins.
Once school begins we meet every Sunday morning at 10:15am in the Sanctuary to sing praises, then we break up into our classses.
5 yrs. old through 5th Elementary School – Location: Youth Room in Fellowship Hall Teacher: Taught by Ashley Finch and Lainie Parker.
Middle/High School – Location: In the partition in the Fellowship Hall. Taught by Kathy Kersten. We adjourn at 11:00 am.

The adult Bible class led by Barb Geistfeld meets in the fellowship hall “behind the curtain.” They are currently studying the Gospel of John using the Concordia Publishing House study guide called JOHN: The Word Became Flesh. Each session is stand-alone as sections of the text are read and discussed. You may come and go at any time and fit right in!
September will begin a new year of study. (We will keep the same Monday schedule of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You can attend either one or change which one you attend at your convenience as the content for each is the same.)This year’s course will be on the history of the Reformation. It will be based on the Harvest Workers video based course by Pastor Perry Fruehling. If you haven’t been involved with our Harvest Workers classes, it will be a great time to jump in. You will get the historical and theological reasons why the Reformation came about. I will be passing around a signup sheet on Sundays.
Thursday, 11:00 AM, is our time for in depth Bible Study. We are currently finishing up the book of Hebrews in the New Testament. We will pick up another book or subject when we are finished. Keep in mind that you can join in any time. Each lesson is complete and does not require a person to have attended earlier. The more we are in the Word of God, whether in class or on our own, the more clearly we will understand God’s heart and will for us. We will also be wise to the wiles of the enemy and not be deceived by false teaching. Most importantly, we will be encouraged to be about Kingdom work to the glory of God.
