Christian Men of Blanco

The Christian Men of Blanco (CMOB) is the Men’s Group of Trinity Lutheran Church.  The CMOB meets the third Tuesday of every month at the patio, barn, shop, or man cave of one of its members. Any man in the area is invited to attend for Christian fellowship, a short devotion, and (usually) good food prepared on a rotational basis by the CMOB members.  The CMOB routinely takes on service projects, usually to help out someone in the community who needs a carpenter, plumber, or handyman but can’t afford to hire one. The CMOB also gives continuing support to Blanco youth events such as the Middle School Lock-in, the High School Wellness Day, and has donated bibles for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The CMOB considers this sort of outreach to be part and parcel of being a Christian and views each project as a service to Christ.  To see an extensive list of all our ministry activities, please click here.

Wednesday, Sept. 24th CMOB Ramp Replacement Project Completed! Dorothy Troppy needed a ramp to be replaced at her home, and the CMOB stepped into action. With 8 volunteers, the removal of the old ramp and building of the new ramp was completed before lunch! Each month on the 3rd Tuesday, the CMOB Men’s Group meets for food, fellowship, and devotions. At each meeting a collection is received for projects such as this for anyone in the community. For more information, contact Roland Pfeiffer or the church office
